| RNASE7

RNASE7 is a member of the RNase A superfamily that has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and ribonuclease activity. RNASE7 gene contains 2 exons and that exon 2 contains the entire protein coding region.RNASE7 did not display antiviral activity against respiratory syncytial virus infectivity for human epithelium cells using an in vitro assay. Recombinant RNASE7 displayed catalytic activity against yeast tRNA.

The recovery of Human RNASE7 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Human RNASE7 and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
